    Job Overview:

    As a Client Engagement Sales Manager at KAMLA Innovation, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process while focusing on nurturing client relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and overall business growth within the EMEA region. You will work collaboratively with our sales team to drive revenue while ensuring that clients' needs are met and exceeded throughout their journey with us.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create compelling sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective client engagements.

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans that align with company goals and objectives.

    • Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs to effectively position software products.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and exceptional service.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives, and provide tailored solutions that address their unique requirements.

    • Monitor client accounts, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and lead the efforts to expand business within existing accounts.

    • Analyse client feedback and data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement in our offerings and services.

    • Lead client engagement initiatives, such as customer appreciation events, feedback sessions, and workshops, to foster a sense of partnership and community.

    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to gather insights and develop strategies that enhance client engagement and drive product/service enhancements.

    • Develop and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and business reviews to clients, showcasing the value our products and services bring to their business.

    • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge and offer innovative solutions.

    • Prepare regular reports and updates for management, highlighting key performance metrics, client feedback, and engagement initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    - Proven track record of 5 years of successful sales management and client engagement in a related industry.

    - Deep understanding of financial software solutions (Oracle Hyperion, OneStream, SAP, etc..), financial management practices, and industry regulations.

    - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire co-workers.

    - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

    - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and engagement data.

    - Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

    - Customer-centric approach with a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends.

    - Result-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    - Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events. (up to 70% Travel)

    - Fluency in a second language would be a plus (French / German / Spanish / Portuguese etc..)

  • Location: Hybrid, may involve some travelling to client sites, as and when required.

    Role Overview:

    This role is essential in ensuring that we provide the best technology solutions to our clients, based on robust market research. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the installation, maintenance, optimisation, and troubleshooting of our diverse technology products / applications, with a strong focus on SSL certificate installation and configuration, Windows Server IIS configuration, load balancing, high availability setups, Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and Cloud Services, among others. Knowledge of Linux OS would be a plus.

    This is a permanent position, full-time from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Thursday, then 09.00 am to 4.30 pm on Friday.

    Responsibilities:

    - Provide expert technical support for end-users and internal teams, addressing a wide range of technology infrastructure issues.

    - Install, configure, and manage SSL certificates across various platforms and applications to ensure secure communication.

    - Implement and maintain Windows Server IIS configurations, optimising performance, security, and functionality.

    - Design, deploy, and manage load balancing and high availability server configurations to ensure seamless service availability.

    - Integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions into existing systems, enhancing user experience and security.

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimise cloud services, applications, and related infrastructure components.

    - Administer Linux OS environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems and applications.

    - Participate in incident management and resolution processes, reducing service disruptions and downtime.

    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

    - Proactively identify opportunities for infrastructure improvements and implement enhancements to ensure optimal performance.

    - Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to SSL certificates, Windows Server, load balancing, SSO, cloud services, and Linux OS.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in IT Networking, Computer Science, or any related fields (or equivalent experience).

    - 3 years of hands-on experience in technology infrastructure support roles.

    - Proficiency in SSL certificate installation, configuration, and management across various platforms.

    - Solid understanding of Windows Server IIS configuration, load balancing, and high availability setups.

    - Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc).

    - Strong command of Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

    - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.

    - Effective communication skills to interact with end-users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Linux+, or equivalent.

    - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    - Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.

    - Experience in supporting EPM / Business Intelligence / Data Integration setup / infrastructure would be an advantage.

    - Knowledge of French or German would be a plus.
